- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Provide high-quality patient care in a Med/Surg (medical-surgical) setting
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for assigned patients
- Monitor patient progress and promptly report changes to the interdisciplinary healthcare team
- Administer medications and treatments per provider orders
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to ensure positive patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation and care records
