This opportunity is with a medium-sized, growing organization recognized for its robust presence in the scientific based skincare marketplace. The company is committed to delivering high-quality products and maintaining strong relationships with external manufacturing partners to support its growing operations.
Job Description- Lead end-to-end external manufacturing projects, including:
- New product launches
- Product transfers between sites
- Process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies
- Coordinate cross-functional teams (R&D, Marketing, Quality, & Operations)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Negotiate supplier pricing and manage draft and final cost sheets for turnkey products.
- Monitor and manage site capacity and capabilities to meet production needs.
- Identify and resolve supply issues and constraints leveraging internal and external resources.
- Establish KPIs to track manufacturing site performance.
- Manage site relationships to ensure that Company's R&D and Quality requests are met.
- Lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and track vendor performance against KPIs
- All other duties as assigned.

The Successful Applicant- Minimum 5 years of related experience is required.
- Experience working in skincare, personal care or cosmetics industry is required.
- Procurement experience in establishing contract pricing.
- Product Development experience a plus.
- Knowledge of US FDA regulations, industry practices, and cGMP's
- Proficient with Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to provide leadership for change and continual improvement
- Ability to show judgment in developing innovative approaches and resolving issues
- Consistent track record to work in a complex environment where a high degree of collaboration is needed
- Ability to travel up to 30% domestically
- Bachelor's Degree Required - BS in Engineering, Marketing, Supply Chain, Business Management
