Job Description

The Superintendent will:

Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
Develop and maintain project schedules and sequencing
Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance on-site
Conduct regular site meetings and progress updates
Maintain quality control and ensure work meets specifications
Collaborate closely with Project Managers and internal teams
Identify and proactively resolve field issues

The Successful Applicant

The Successful Superintendent Candidate will have:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction
Proven experience managing ground-up and/or large renovation projects
Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety protocols
Ability to lead teams and build strong relationships on-site
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with construction management software is a plus
