Job Description- Lead all on-site construction activities from start to finish
- Plan and maintain project schedules with subcontractors
- Enforce safety, quality, and compliance standards daily
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers and support teams
- Train and mentor assistant superintendents and field staff

The Successful Applicant- 5+ years in a Superintendent or Senior Assistant role
- Experience delivering multifamily or K-12 projects
- Strong understanding of sequencing, safety, and inspections
- Consistent, steady leadership style on active job sites
- Willingness to support mostly local projects with limited travel
- $100,000-$130,000 base salary plus bonuses
- Guaranteed annual and project bonuses ($25k-$30k typical)
- ESOP ownership, 401(k) with 3% match, and $600/month vehicle allowance
- 3-4 weeks PTO, strong benefits, and a defined leadership track
