About the RoleThe Paint Booth Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient paint booth environment. This role supports production quality by ensuring all surfaces, filters, and equipment remain free of overspray, dust, and debris. Ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in cleanliness, and understands the importance of safety in industrial settings.
Key Responsibilities- Booth Cleaning — Remove overspray, wipe down walls, floors, lights, and equipment.
- Filter Maintenance — Replace intake and exhaust filters as scheduled.
- Chemical Handling — Use approved solvents and cleaners safely and correctly.
- Equipment Upkeep — Inspect and clean spray equipment, grates, and ventilation areas.
- Safety Compliance — Follow OSHA, PPE, and facility safety protocols.
- Waste Disposal — Manage hazardous waste according to regulations.
- Industrial Cleaning Experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and work on feet for extended periods
- Comfortable working around chemicals, fumes, and ventilation systems
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Willingness to wear PPE (respirator, gloves, coveralls, etc.)
