Job Description
  • Oversee day to day field operations on assigned projects
  • Manage subcontractors, site logistics, and jobsite safety
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure projects stay on track
  • Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication with project teams
  • Ensure quality standards and client expectations are met
  • Work closely with Project Managers and internal teams
  • Maintain a strong presence onsite from mobilization through closeout

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

  • Superintendent experience in one of their main sectors (Auto, retail/restaurant, hospitality, commercial, corporate)
  • Strong background in ground up projects preferred (leading projects ranging from $2M-30M)
  • Ability to manage multiple trades and fast paced schedules
  • Solid understanding of construction sequencing and site operations
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Commitment to quality, safety, and teamwork
