Job Description

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Southern Maryland) will:

  • Lead day‑to‑day project operations on commercial construction projects from kickoff through closeout
  • Review and interpret construction documents and perform constructability reviews
  • Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, daily logs, and project documentation
  • Oversee scheduling, quality control, job cost tracking, billing projections, and commissioning
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, consultants, owners, and architects
  • Collaborate with the Owner and internal project team to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain project reporting and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule expectations

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Commercial Construction (Southern Maryland) will have:

  • 5+ years of construction experience with at least 2 years as a Project Manager
  • Background with a commercial General Contractor preferred
  • Subcontractor experience considered, especially with MEP exposure
  • Experience delivering projects such as K‑12, municipal, churches, tenant fit‑outs, or wastewater
  • Proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam (required)
