Opportunity: Part Time – 15-25 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are hiring two motivated and outgoing summer students to support our agency through a combination of lead generation, community engagement, and administrative assistance.
This is a hands-on role ideal for students interested in business, sales, marketing, or entrepreneurship who want real-world experience and the opportunity to build confidence in communication and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach (Primary Focus):
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using provided scripts and lead lists
- Participate in door-to-door outreach in local neighborhoods and business communities
- Engage with community members at events to introduce our services
- Identify and qualify potential leads and book appointments for licensed advisors
- Track outreach activity and results consistently
Agency & Administrative Support:
- Assist with office organization, supplies management, and light administrative tasks
- Coordinate and complete office errands (pick-ups, drop-offs, event materials, etc.)
- Support client experience through preparation of documents and materials
Marketing & Community Presence:
- Assist with summer community events and local marketing initiatives
- Support social media content ideas and basic execution
- Help maintain a strong and positive brand presence in the community
Outbound Lead Generation Expectations (Clear Performance Metrics):
- Complete 40–60 outbound calls per shift (depending on shift length)
- Participate in 1–2 door-knocking sessions per week (team-based for support and safety)
- Generate a minimum of 5–10 qualified leads per week
- Book 2–5 appointments per week for licensed advisors
- Accurately track all outreach activity in our system
