Job Description- Take full ownership of residential construction projects from ground‑up planning to final delivery, seeing your work come to life while driving schedules and budgets with confidence.
- Collaborate closely with architects, designers, subcontractors, and vendors to deliver high‑quality homes that exceed expectations.
- Build and manage detailed project schedules, proactively solving challenges and keeping momentum strong from start to finish.
- Lead on‑site operations with authority, ensuring safety, code compliance, and a smooth, professional jobsite experience.
- Serve as the go‑to leader for clients and stakeholders, providing clear updates, building trust, and delivering results they're proud of.
- Control project costs end‑to‑end-tracking budgets, approving invoices, and maximizing efficiency without sacrificing quality.
