CNC Operator

Responsibilities- Setting up and operating CNC mill machine according to work specs
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining
- Monitor operations to notice any malfunctions or other problems
- Troubleshooting erros and adjusting fixtures as needed
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools to ensure quality standards
- Machine maintenance
- Communicating with engineers and other departments
- Maintaining detailed production logs including inspection data
- Assisting other operators and training as needed
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
