Responsibilities- Operate CNC machines according to established procedures and production requirements.
- Load and unload materials and properly secure workpieces.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments.
- Monitor machine operation and make basic adjustments as needed.
- Perform in-process and final quality inspections.
- Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
- Keep machines and work areas clean and organized.
- Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
- Report equipment, tooling, or quality issues to supervisors.
- Meet production schedules while maintaining required quality standards.
