CNC Operator
About the Role
We are seeking a dependable CNC Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will set up and run CNC equipment to produce high-precision metal parts while maintaining quality standards. Key Responsibilities- Machine Setup & Operation: Calibrate, set up, and operate CNC machinery to fabricate components according to technical drawings and project specifications.
- Parts Inspection: Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and precision gauges to ensure exact tolerances.
- Maintenance & Tooling: Perform routine machine maintenance, dress tooling, and manage minor machine adjustments to keep production moving efficiently.
- Safety & Workplace Standards: Follow all shop safety guidelines, wear required PPE, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Troubleshooting: Monitor machine cycles to spot tool wear, material flaws, or mechanical faults, making adjustments as needed.
- Proven experience operating CNC mills, lathes, or routers.
- Ability to read blueprints and precision measuring tools.
- Mazak machine/control experience is a HUGE plus!
