We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Body Shop Parts Specialist to join our collision repair team. This role is critical to keeping repairs on schedule by ensuring the correct parts are ordered, received, and distributed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Order all parts needed for collision repairs based on estimates and technician needs
• Verify part accuracy, pricing, and availability with vendors
• Receive, check in, and properly label all parts upon delivery
• Match parts to repair orders and stage them for technicians
• Track and resolve backorders, returns, and credits
• Communicate clearly with estimators, technicians, and vendors regarding part status
• Maintain accurate records and inventory of parts
• Ensure all parts meet quality and fit requirements before repairs begin

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an automotive body shop or parts department preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to read and understand repair estimates and parts diagrams
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with shop management systems a plus
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
