About Our Client

We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on HR Manager to lead HR operations across multiple locations. The HR Manager will serve as the primary HR partner to leadership, supporting a workforce of 300+ employees. This position requires a highly adaptable professional who can balance strategic partnership with day-to-day execution-someone equally comfortable leading complex employee relations investigations as they are advising leaders, supporting recruiting efforts, and ensuring HR processes run smoothly.

Given the multi-site scope, this individual must be self-directed, resourceful, and confident operating with a high degree of autonomy. Success in this role will come from the ability to quickly build trust, establish consistency across locations, and the ability to step in and provide immediate impact.

Job Description

  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Evaluate and improve HR policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance efficiency.
  • Collaborate with leadership to create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
