Responsibilities- Research invoices and complete invoice adjustments in the system
- Identify rejected invoices and provide reports to the AR team
- Assist with matching invoices to purchase orders for the AP department; flag discrepancies
- Index and scan invoices into the imaging system
- Process credits, invoices and other items for the Billing Team
- Utlilize MS Outlook and Excel daily
- working in a smoke free environment
