Job Description
The Superintendent - Data Center / Mission Critical will report to the Field Director and lead daily site operations on high-value data center projects.- Oversee ground-up data center construction from sitework through turnover
- Manage field operations including scheduling, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
- Lead site teams to ensure adherence to safety, quality, and schedule targets
- Coordinate closely with MEP teams to support installation and commissioning of critical systems
- Drive daily progress, resolve field issues, and maintain project milestones
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date
- Partner with Project Managers and clients to ensure successful project delivery

The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent - Data Center / Mission Critical we are seeking:
- 5+ years of field leadership experience in commercial construction
- Proven experience leading ground-up projects ($10M+)
- Mission critical / data center experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of MEP coordination and construction sequencing
- Experience managing subcontractors and fast-paced job sites
- Proficiency with Procore, scheduling tools, and field reporting systems
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Willingness to travel across Texas or work on assignment-based projects
