Job Description

TheProject Manager - Strong Project Pipeline & Growth - Charlotte will be responsible for:

  • Leading commercial projects through preconstruction, execution, and closeout
  • Managing schedules, budgets, contracts, and cost forecasts
  • Coordinating subcontractors, architects, engineers, and internal teams
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for owners and stakeholders
  • Driving documentation efforts including RFIs, submittals, and change orders
  • Maintaining jobsite safety, quality standards, and compliance
  • Proactively identifying risks and implementing solutions
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and above expectations

The Successful Applicant

The Project Manager - Strong Project Pipeline & Growth - Charlotte should have:

  • 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor
  • Proven background delivering ground-up and/or complex renovation projects
  • Strong financial acumen with experience managing large project budgets
  • Deep understanding of commercial construction means and methods
  • Confident leadership style with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to navigate challenges and drive accountability on fast-paced projects
  • Experience using modern construction management and scheduling software
