Job Description

In this Building and Construction Assistant Project Manager role, you will:

Assist with project planning, scheduling, and cost tracking
Support subcontractor and vendor coordination
Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation
Assist with change orders and progress reporting
Attend project meetings and support communication efforts
Help maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards

The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate will bring:

1-3+ years of construction or project support experience
Education or hands‑on exposure to Building and Construction
Strong organizational and communication skills
Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools
A proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
Desire to grow into a Project Manager role
