Manufacturing Quality Engineer (MQE)

This role is for someone who enjoys blended duties related to Quality, Manufacturing processes, Customer interactions, and partnering with various team members to produce the best quality parts for their customers. Collaborate with product teams to develop standardized procedures and documentation that ensure consistent, high-quality, and low-cost manufacturing-Provide technical support for capital equipment planning and implementation-Design and optimize manufacturing processes and tooling for both current production and new product launches-Lead APQP teams and continuous improvement initiatives using well definted Project/Product Launch and Production guidelines-Create and maintain accurate process documentation, work instructions, and cost standards-Accurately quote new parts and update existing customer quotes-Train operators on machine operations, SPC, document interpretation, and process improvement-Interpret technical drawings and apply GD&T principles-Ensure compliance with Quality Management and Environmental Management systems
