Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist – ADP Time & Attendance

Description:

CTG is hiring a Workforce Management (WFM) Specialist with strong expertise in ADP Time & Attendance to support a large, complex workforce environment. This role is ideal for someone experienced in union environments, labor compliance, and 24/7 operations.

Location: Houston, TX

Duration: 12 months

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and support ADP Workforce Management (WFM) Time & Attendance systems
  • Configure pay rules, schedules, accruals, and timekeeping processes
  • Ensure compliance with union/collective bargaining agreements and labor laws
  • Support multi-country workforce operations and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain labor forecasting and workforce planning models
  • Analyze attendance, overtime, and labor utilization data
  • Support large hourly and frontline employee populations
  • Troubleshoot system issues and partner with HR/Payroll teams

Required Skills & Expertise:

  • ADP Workforce Management (WFM) / Time & Attendance
  • Union and collective bargaining agreement experience
  • Multi-country labor compliance knowledge
  • 24/7, shift-based operations support
  • Labor forecasting and workforce analytics
  • Experience in highly regulated industries
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience:

  • 3–7+ years in Workforce Management, Time & Attendance, or HRIS
  • Hands-on ADP WFM experience required
  • Experience supporting large, hourly workforce environments

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (HR, Business, IT, or related field), or equivalent experience

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
