Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure efficient operations and schedule attainment.
- Monitor production performance, labor utilization, and equipment effectiveness.
- Lead, coach, train, and develop production employees and team leads.
- Conduct shift meetings and communicate production priorities and operational updates.
- Promote and enforce workplace safety policies, GMPs, SOPs, and company procedures.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, operating procedures, food safety requirements, and regulatory guidelines.
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate resources to minimize downtime.
- Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and workforce assignments.
- Partner with maintenance and support teams to address equipment and operational needs.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, safety, and efficiency.
