Administrative Assistant
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and clerical support to ensure the efficient operation of the office or department. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while supporting daily business activities.
Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to managers and team members
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
- Prepare, edit, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Answer and direct phone calls and respond to emails professionally
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper) and office records
- Order office supplies and assist with vendor coordination
- Support onboarding activities and maintain personnel documentation as needed
- Assist with expense reports, data entry, and basic reporting
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years of administrative or office support experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- High attention to detail and professionalism
Pay Details: $18.00 to $23.00 per hour
