Responsibilities- Case Architecture & Triage: Responsible for gathering critical data to "build the case," identifying treatment needs, and scheduling medical appointments for personal injury clients.
- Performance Metrics: High-volume environment requiring 20–30 outbound calls daily, with a core focus on reaching 6 "calls to completion" (fully executed intakes).
- Technical Knowledge (Plus): Candidates with a general understanding of healthcare and med-legal terminology, alongside English/Spanish skills.
- Self-Directed Prioritization: Must be a self-motivated, "solution-focused" professional capable of managing multiple intakes and electronic communications with extreme attention to detail.
- Team-Oriented Ambition: Looking for a positive, "goal-oriented" individual with an ambitious attitude who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced corporate setting.
