• Manage all on-site construction activities for a multifamily project
• Enforce safety standards and maintain a well organized jobsite
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and material logistics
• Track schedule milestones and resolve field issues quickly
• Maintain accurate daily reports, punch lists, and as‑built records

The Successful Applicant

A successful Superintendent should have:

• 5+ years of superintendent experience on multifamily projects
• Proven delivery of ground-up residential construction
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, safety programs, and site logistics
• Ability to lead diverse trade partners and site teams
• Comfortable using scheduling and field management software

• Competitive annual salary ranging from USD $90.000 to $110.000.
