Minimum 2 years PCU/IMC RN experience (Stepdown, Level I Trauma preferred; neuro experience a plus) / CERTIFICATIONS – BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), NIHSS required / Schedule: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM), 36 hrs/week, 13 weeks, 6–9 weekend shifts in a 6-week schedule, holiday rotation possible, rare call for low census / Start Date: 05/11/2026 / Unit: PCU/IMC Float (Stepdown) skills Required: Strong PCU/IMC experience, must be comfortable with titrating cardiac drips (dopamine, dobutamine, cardizem, amio), insulin, ativan, heparin; experience with cardiac, neuro, post-surgical, and general med patients; Epic experience preferred / Patient Ratio: 1:3–4 / Equipment: Vents, CPAP, BiPAP / EMR: EPIC / Floating: Required across ICU (low acuity holds), PCU/Stepdown, MS-Tele within 60-mile radius zone / Scrubs: Any color / Additional: Manager assigns 6-week schedule, flexibility required, must be in-state for orientation week, 60-mile radius rule applies, DL required, 1–2 days unit orientation with preceptor / PAY
