Job Description

Leading all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
Coordinating and directing subcontractors, field staff, and trade partners
Enforcing safety programs, OSHA compliance, and company standards
Managing project schedules, sequencing, and short‑term look‑ahead plans
Ensuring work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
Maintaining strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors
Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant

Proven experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
Experience delivering ground‑up or complex commercial projects
Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
A safety‑first mindset with the ability to lead by example
Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
