Job Description- Leading all on‑site construction activities from mobilization through close‑out
- Coordinating and directing subcontractors, field staff, and trade partners
- Enforcing safety programs, OSHA compliance, and company standards
- Managing project schedules, sequencing, and short‑term look‑ahead plans
- Ensuring work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and quality requirements
- Maintaining strong communication with Project Managers, clients, and inspectors
- Identifying and resolving field issues proactively to keep projects on track

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor
- Experience delivering ground‑up or complex commercial projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
- A safety‑first mindset with the ability to lead by example
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Base salary of $100,000-$130,000, depending on experience
