Job Description
The Lead Superintendent - $120M Ground Up Build - Boston - will:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Manage daily operations on-site, including scheduling, workforce coordination, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and budgets.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address concerns.
- Lead and mentor construction teams to promote productivity and high-quality workmanship.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Lead Superintendent - $120M Ground Up Build - Boston should have:
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and safety standards in the property industry.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Must have proven experience managing ground up multifamily and/or affordable housing projects.
- Must have proven experience within post-tension concrete construction (such as parking garages).
- Must have MA-CSL.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams and liaise with stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
