We are looking for a dependable and safety-focused Yard Jockeys to manage trailer movement within our yard and facility. This role plays a key part in keeping operations running smoothly by ensuring trailers are properly positioned for loading, unloading, and dispatch.

salary: $19 - $22 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 6 PM - 4 AM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Move trailers in and out of loading docks safely and efficiently
Organize and position equipment within the yard for optimal workflow
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections on yard equipment
Communicate with dispatch, warehouse staff, and drivers to coordinate movements
Maintain accurate records of trailer locations and movements
Ensure yard safety standards are followed at all times
Assist with basic yard checks and reporting any equipment issues
Use of Switcher Truck/Forklift
