Sycamore Glen is a luxury Memory Care and Assisted Living community in Miamisburg, Ohio. We’re looking for friendly, dependable people to join our Dining Services team as a Dining Room Server.

Schedule
PRN: Flexiable scheudle, must have weekend availbility- Various days available

Pay
$14–$16 per hour, based on experience
What You’ll Do
As a Dining Room Server, you’ll help create a welcoming, five-star dining experience for our residents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Serving meals with a friendly and positive attitude
- Getting to know our residents and creating meaningful connections
- Following special diets and portion requirements
- Setting and preparing tables and dining areas
- Keeping the dining room clean, organized, and stocked
- Working with our Dining Services team to ensure meals are served accurately and on time
- Providing the kind of thoughtful service you’d want for your own family
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of restaurant experience to be successful here. We’re looking for people with the right attitude and a heart for helping others.
You should be:
- Friendly, dependable, and positive
- Comfortable interacting with seniors
- Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness
- Able to follow instructions, special diets, and portion controls
- Flexible with weekend and holiday availability as needed
- At least 16 years old
- Able to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
