Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Long-Term Care facility. This role requires strong clinical expertise, flexibility, and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and IV therapy as prescribed
- Monitor and assess resident conditions and report changes
- Assist residents with daily living activities
- Maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare EMR
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
- Ensure compliance with facility policies and safety standards
- Active North Dakota LPN License
- IV Certification (Required)
- Minimum 1 year of LTC/nursing home experience preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and every other weekend
- Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with PointClickCare charting system
- Previous travel or contract experience
