Piper Companies is seeking a DevOps Technical Lead to support secure, cloud-native SaaS platforms for public sector and government customers. The DevOps Technical Lead role partners with a government-focused technology organization and offers the opportunity to lead architecture, development, and delivery of highly secure cloud services.

- Drive system architecture, technical vision, and hands-on development efforts.
- Collaborate with engineering, DevOps, IaaS, and security teams to deliver compliant cloud solutions.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and security requirements are met across releases.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
- 7+ years of software development experience, including technical leadership and architecture ownership.
- Strong experience across the full SDLC using Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Python, Go, Java, C#, or JavaScript).
- Experience delivering cloud-native solutions in regulated government or public cloud environments.
- Hands-on experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern development workflows.
