Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Representative specializing in Wound Care. The Sales Representative will be responsible for building and managing relationships with healthcare providers, identifying new business opportunities, and educating clients about NHMS's advanced wound care and regenerative products.
Role Responsibilities- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s products and services to effectively communicate value to prospective and existing clients.
- Deliver engaging and persuasive sales presentations, negotiate contract terms, and consistently meet or exceed established sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers by understanding their unique needs and recommending tailored solutions from the NHMS product portfolio.
- Provide ongoing product education and support to clients to ensure optimal utilization and satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to inform sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through outreach, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner to support client retention and satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, including marketing and operations, to achieve organizational goals and enhance overall performance.
- Partner with the marketing team to support campaigns and provide feedback to improve messaging, offerings, and the overall customer experience.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Strong sales, lead generation, and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships, with experience in account management and business development.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical product information to healthcare providers.
- Knowledge of advanced wound care, biologics, regenerative medicine, or related healthcare products.
- Proficiency in CRM systems for tracking sales activities and reporting, as well as Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication platforms.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and apply insights to drive sales strategy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities.
- Ability to work independently from a remote location with minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in the wound care or medical device industry is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively manage remote responsibilities.
