UX Designer

• Design and develop user experience components, ensuring a seamless interaction for users.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bridge the gap between design and development, advocating for specific design needs.
• Create documentation and guidelines to support third-party developers in implementing design systems.
• Utilize coding skills to automate processes and enhance productivity within the design team.
• Engage in user research and testing to gather feedback and iterate on design solutions.

• Proven experience in design systems, with 3-5 years in a similar role.
• Strong interactive design skills, complemented by basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
• Ability to create compelling portfolios that demonstrate complex UI work and design processes.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG AA) and best practices in UX design.

• Experience with design tools such as UXPin Merge, Zeroheight, or Storybook.
• Background in designing for Smart TVs or touch interfaces.
• Knowledge of JSON and CSS variables for design tokens.
• Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise tool design.
