Job Description
As Senior Superintendent, you'll oversee all on-site activities for major new construction projects, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage site operations for ground-up projects
- Supervise 3-4 team members (Assistant Supers, Field Engineers)
- Coordinate with General Superintendent and project managers
- Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
- Drive schedule adherence and cost control

The Successful Applicant
You're a seasoned Superintendent with a proven track record in large-scale, ground-up projects. You thrive in leadership roles and know how to keep complex jobs on schedule and on budget.
Must-Haves:
- 10+ years of construction experience
- Ground-up, new construction expertise
- Managed projects $30M+ (office, hotel, mixed-use, multifamily)
- At least 3 completed new construction projects
- Strong day-to-day operational knowledge
