Social Media Manager Are you a storyteller who knows how to turn a brand into a conversation?

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and hyper-responsive Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you won't just be posting content; you’ll be the voice of our brand, humanizing our presence across digital platforms and building genuine connections with our community.

You are a digital native who understands that a Facebook post, an Instagram Reel, and a LinkedIn update require three completely different languages. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have an eye for high-quality design, and know how to turn data-driven insights into engaging social strategy, we want to hear from you.

What You Bring
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in social media or communications (or 7+ years of professional experience in lieu of a degree).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • The "Must-Haves":
  • Mastery of Social Writing: You know how to write copy that stops the scroll and starts the conversation.
  • Creative Execution: Proficient in concept creation and asset development (Canva, video editing, etc.).
  • Impeccable Attention to Detail: You catch the typos before anyone else does.
  • Bonus Points (Nice to Haves):
  • Previous experience in the healthcare space.
  • Proficiency with Sprout Social or similar management platforms.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
  • Strategy & Growth: Monitor online conversations to stay ahead of trends and recommend platform-specific strategies that drive real engagement.
  • Content Creation: Develop and own the social media content calendar. You’ll be responsible for creating compelling, relevant content that aligns with our brand voice.
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate paid ad campaigns to amplify our reach and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Community Engagement: Act as our front line. Respond rapidly to issues and concerns while maintaining brand transparency and compliance with corporate standards.
  • Collaboration: Work across departments—partnering with executive leadership and subject matter experts—to ensure our social efforts are perfectly synced with our broader corporate communications.
  • Agility: Pivot quickly. We operate in a dynamic industry, and your ability to adapt strategy to changing business needs is vital.
