The Company

Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this position will work across the business to manage Sunnova’s digital properties, drive lead generation and own the Sunnova customer experience. They will manage a growing team of internal and external resources, aligning them to create the energy brand of choice in the residential market.

They will participate in one of the fastest growing and most transformational industries for this generation, driving adoption of solar, battery storage and energy management products and services in existing and new markets. Their vision will contribute to the evolution of the company and the category.

Successful candidates will have experience in managing products / customers / brands. They will understand what it takes to manage and grow a brands efficacy in the market and the skills to deliver on those needs.

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage all lead generation, with emphasis on the web and inclusive of SEO, SEM and Referral marketing.
  • Map and own the customer journey inclusive of (link removed), MySunnova and all customer communications.
  • Establish, track and own Net Promoter KPIs across the customers 25+ year lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities and work cross-functionally inside Sunnova and across the dealer network to drive improvements to the overall Sunnova experience.
  • Manage online reviews and strategies to improve performance, ratings and competitive rankings.
  • Be the voice of the customer inside Sunnova and with Sunnova partners.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Preferred
  • Minimum of 10+ years of in product / marketing / customer experience management.
  • Adept at all things web – site development, testing, search and content management.
  • Excels at working cross-functionally.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to be responsible, self-directed and accountable to goals.
  • Is organized, can manage and prioritize multiple deliverables and work well under deadlines.
  • Aptitude to effectively communicate with peers, senior management and partners.
  • Team player that behaves ethically, with highest degree of integrity at all times.
