Schedule: Days, 1:2 patient ratio, no weekends required, no call, no floating
Highlights:
- Small, close-knit clinic setting with two-nurse team providing specialized interventional radiology care
- Manageable caseload with 6-10 daily census and approximately 7 visits per day in a 4-room unit
- Diverse procedural experience including central line management, PICC lines, implanted ports, drain discontinuations, and IV therapy
- Epic charting system utilized for documentation
- First-time travelers welcome with orientation tailored to individual needs
- Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and more
Requirements:
- Valid RN license (Compact or Ohio state license required at time of submission)
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred
- BLS certification required
- Epic charting experience required
- Strong skills in central line insertion assistance, PICC line care, implanted port maintenance, and IV insertion
- Knowledge of infection prevention, isolation precautions, and pressure ulcer assessment/prevention
- Interventional radiology experience highly preferred
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently and think critically
- Graduation from ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing program
- Two professional references required (one must be from manager/director or formal leadership)
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only); COVID-19 vaccine not required
