Prep Cook

You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining a clean work environment, and helping to create an exceptional dining experience for our guests.

• Prepare and measure ingredients accurately according to recipes and specifications.
• Clean, peel, and chop vegetables and fruits, and portion out meats and other proteins.
• Set up workstations with required ingredients and cooking equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and storage areas.
• Assist in the receiving and storage of kitchen supplies and food deliveries.
• Follow all food safety and hygiene standards to ensure a safe and sanitary kitchen.
• Work efficiently to support the team during peak service hours.
• Assist with basic cooking tasks, such as grilling, frying, and steaming, as needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and front-of-house team.
• Assist in monthly inventory checks and stock assessments.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent; culinary training is a plus.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and appliances.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items as required.
