Baking cakes, breads, puff dough, and numerous pastries. Working with a combination of hand made and machine deposited processes.
Pastry Team: Building mousse cakes and other layer cakes. Decorating pastries, assemble tarts, work with chocolate.
May be required to make pastry creams, chantilly cream, ganache, and glazes, making cookie mixes.
Help with finishing and decorating cakes and desserts
Speed, and efficiency are of the utmost importance.
Ability to multi-task and organizational structure.
Follow and implement brand standards in regard to recipe, production, decorating, baking, and presentation.
The health and safety of our members, guests and team are of the utmost priority. We expect high support and high accountability with exceeding health department standards.
One needs to have a sharp focus on sanitation and security. We ask that you have an adaptable, creative, and teachable attitude.
Commercial baking experience a must
Must be punctual and reliable
Culinary knowledge and experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Must be passionate about excellence and constant improvement
Able to stay calm and productive under pressure- 2 years in a baking or pastry cook position.
Must be available for days, nights, weekends and holidays.
Experience in a high-volume setting or ability to adapt.
Culinary degree or certification preferred
