Front Desk Receptionist / Sales Associate – $14.50–$15/hr + Commission & Bonuses

We're looking for friendly, outgoing people who love talking to clients, thrive in a busy environment, and aren't afraid to recommend a product or membership when it's the right fit.

• $14.50–$15.00/hour starting pay

💛 What You'll Actually Do

You'll be the first hello and the last goodbye for our clients. You'll:

• Welcome clients and get them checked in for their appointments
• Help clients book and manage appointments
• Keep the front desk organized and the shop running smoothly
• Talk about Drybar products, services, and memberships
• Help clients find products they'll genuinely love
• Support the stylists and your fellow team members
• Help create the upbeat, welcoming experience Drybar is known for

• Love beauty, hair, fashion, retail, hospitality—or just making someone's day
• Enjoy staying busy and can handle a fast-paced environment
• Are comfortable with sales and earning commission
• Are dependable and show up for your team

Retail, restaurant, hospitality, front desk, or sales experience is a plus—but personality, reliability, and willingness to learn matter just as much to us.
