Senior Project Manager with Security Clearance

• 2 Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager to support USSOUTHCOM J26 ENHANCED DOMAIN AWARENESS task order.

• Oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all Work Orders.
• Manage program governance, risk management, budget oversight, and performance monitoring.
• Engage effectively with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders using strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field OR a minimum of 10 years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs.
• Demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
• Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation.
• Active PMP Certification.

• Lean Six Sigma certification.
• DAWIA Level III in Program Management.
• PgMP certification.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field.
• OR Minimum of 10 years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs.

• PMP Certification Required Security Clearance
