Job Description- Prepare detailed cost estimates and project proposals for construction projects.
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure estimates align with project goals.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities within project plans and estimates.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of construction materials, labor costs, and industry trends.
- Support the bidding process by preparing and submitting competitive and accurate bids.
- Review and update estimates based on project changes or additional requirements.
- Provide clear and concise communication to internal teams and external partners.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Building and Construction Estimator in Rochester should have:
