Job Description- Lead day-to-day field operations on assigned construction projects
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel
- Maintain project schedules and ensure timely completion of milestones
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Conduct site meetings, inspections, and progress reporting
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure successful delivery
- Drive quality control and resolve field issues proactively

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience as a Superintendent with a general contractor
- Strong background in light industrial construction on projects costing $70M+ (required)
- Data center construction experience highly preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout the Southeast
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, and safety practices
