Job Description- Lead $10M-$40M multifamily projects from ground‑up to close‑out
- Manage schedules, daily logs, and project financials
- Oversee assistant superintendents for framing and punch‑out phases
- Coordinate and hold lower‑tier subcontractors accountable
- Ensure life‑safety systems, including fire suppression, meet code

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience, ideally multifamily
- Proven ability to run projects from footers to CO
- Working knowledge of fire suppression systems
- Decisive, solutions‑oriented leader who works autonomously
- Detail‑driven with strong documentation and daily reporting habits
- Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 95.000 to 115.000.
- 3 weeks PTO, healthcare, $400-$600 car allowance
