Job Description- Direct all field operations from mobilisation through close-out
- Build and manage detailed schedules, labour plans, and site logistics
- Lead subcontractors and self-perform crews to meet quality and safety goals
- Track progress and costs, resolving issues before they impact delivery
- Act as the on-site leader for clients, consultants, and internal teams

The Successful Applicant
A successful Superintendent should have:
- 8-12 years of superintendent experience on large commercial projects
- Background in K-12, industrial, or healthcare environments
- Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety standards
- Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior supervisors
- Local market experience with long-term project ownership
