Job Description
As the Superintendent, you will report to senior site leadership and take full ownership of on‑site construction delivery across multiple project types. You will be responsible for driving safety, quality, and schedule performance while coordinating field teams and trade partners.
- Lead day‑to‑day site operations from mobilization through close‑out
- Manage subcontractors to ensure schedule, quality, and safety targets are met
- Oversee construction sequencing, logistics planning, and site coordination
- Enforce safety standards and maintain a zero‑incident jobsite culture
- Collaborate closely with Project Executives and General Superintendents
- Monitor progress against schedule and proactively resolve field issues
- Represent the business professionally with clients, inspectors, and consultants

The Successful Applicant
For the Superintendent role, we are seeking:
- Proven experience as a Superintendent on commercial construction projects
- Background delivering data center, light industrial, or Class A interior projects
- Strong knowledge of construction means and methods
- Experience managing subcontractors and self‑perform field teams
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and schedules
- Proficiency with industry tools such as Procore, Primavera, or similar platforms
- Base salary: $100,000 - $199,000, depending on experience
