Job Description- Lead and manage the pre‑construction and estimating team
- Oversee preparation of accurate, competitive, and timely cost estimates
- Develop bid strategies for interior and light industrial projects
- Review drawings, specifications, and scopes to identify risks and opportunities
- Drive value engineering and cost‑saving initiatives
- Coordinate with operations, commercial, design, and delivery teams
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Support bid submissions, tender presentations, and commercial negotiations
- Ensure compliance with internal procedures and risk management standards

The Successful Applicant- Proven experience in a senior pre‑construction or estimating leadership role
- Strong background in estimating for interior fit‑out and light industrial projects
- Excellent understanding of construction methods, materials, and cost planning
- Strong commercial judgment and risk management capability
- Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously
- Senior leadership role with influence over bid strategy and project delivery
