Job Description
As the Assistant Superintendent, you will support the Project Superintendent in delivering ground‑up light industrial projects, taking ownership of day‑to‑day field execution and coordination.- Assist with on‑site supervision of light industrial construction projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and daily site activities
- Maintain project schedules, logistics, and short‑term planning
- Enforce safety standards and quality control processes
- Track field progress and support reporting to project leadership
- Review drawings, RFIs, and submittals with the project team
- Act as a key on‑site problem solver to keep work moving efficiently

The Successful Applicant
For the Assistant Superintendent we are seeking:
- Experience supporting field operations on light industrial or commercial projects
- Background as an Assistant Superintendent or Field Engineer with superintendent exposure
- Familiarity with warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or food and beverage facilities
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and subcontractor coordination
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating within a close‑knit team
- Proficiency with construction drawings and common field software tools
