Office Manager – LTL Transportation
Adecco is partnering with a client in the transportation and logistics industry to hire an experienced Office Manager.
This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional with LTL transportation experience who enjoys leading teams, solving problems, and ensuring exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily office and customer service operations.
- Lead and support a team of 5–7 customer service representatives.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers regarding shipment status, pickups, deliveries, and service concerns.
- Coordinate with dispatch, drivers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
- Handle customer escalations, freight claims, and OS&D issues.
- Maintain transportation documentation and assist with billing inquiries.
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Experience in office management, customer service, logistics, or transportation.
- LTL transportation experience required.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and transportation management systems.
Pay Details: $30.00 to $32.00 per hour
