5x8 Hours (40 hours/week)
08:00 AM – 03:00 PM

Job Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support an outpatient rehabilitation team. The PTA will work under the supervision of licensed physical therapists to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care, assist with treatment plan implementation, and help patients achieve optimal mobility and functional recovery.

This role offers a focused 1:1 patient care environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist physical therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
Support patients through therapeutic exercises and mobility training
Document patient progress accurately in the EMR system
Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards
Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care in an outpatient setting

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of PTA experience (first-time travelers accepted)
Active Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) License (required)

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior outpatient rehabilitation experience
Familiarity with Epic EMR system

Certifications:

Oregon PTA License (Active and in good standing)
